- In-Home Diagnostic Charge Applies To Repair: The in-home diagnostic service call charge is the cost to have a technician come out to your home, diagnose the problem, and provide a repair estimate. You will be given a total flat rate repair cost that includes everything. If you choose not to complete the repair, just pay the diagnostic service call charge ($99-$139 depending upon the type of appliance). If you choose to repair your appliance, we wave the diagnostic charge.
- Flat Rate Pricing - Not Hourly, Trip, Parts, and Labor: We charge by the repair, not by the hour with our Flat Rate Pricing. Most repairs completed within 3 days.

Top Refrigerator Issues:
- The most frequent repair issue we see for a refrigerator is the fridge/fresh food section is warm while the freezer section remains working.
- There is leaking water and/or ice and frost forming in the refrigerator.
- The refrigerator is not cooling at all.

Ovens, Ranges, Stoves, Microwaves & Cooktops
Repairs range from $99 to $399. Some a bit more, some a bit less.
Repair Issues:
- The most frequent repair issue we see is an oven not heating at all or just the bake or broil element is working.
- The second-highest-ranking issue is the stove cooktop element not working.
- Other issues are: unable to control temperature on stovetop, cooktop sparking, or no power.
